‘American Pickers’ star responds to rumors about her death
If you spend some time on social media, you might come across posts suggesting that Danielle Colby, star of ‘American Pickers,’ has passed away.
For example, a post from a verified account with a blue check mark starts with “HUGE TRAGEDY” and continues with, “with a heavy heart, we announce the passing. RIP (Danielle Colby).”
Just one problem with all of that: Colby isn’t dead.
Because she reposted that post on Elon Musk’s X platform and wrote, “I’m pretty sure I’m not (expletive) dead.”
