BREAKING NEWS: Haiden Deegan Busted in Florida for Illegal Street…

Motocross star Haiden Deegan, 19, was arrested on March 21, 2025, in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, for street racing and stunt driving. The Walton County Sheriff’s Office reported that Deegan was performing donuts in a gray Audi R8 at the Walton Sports Complex parking lot around 10 p.m.

Deputies on patrol heard squealing tires and observed Deegan’s vehicle executing full rotations near the pickleball courts. Despite the deputies’ intervention, Deegan completed another spin before stopping. An off-duty deputy also witnessed the incident and assisted in detaining Deegan, who reportedly remarked, “We were all drifting,” while in the patrol vehicle.

Deegan was charged with violating street racing and stunt driving laws, a misdemeanor offense, and released after posting a $1,000 bond. His car was impounded for 30 days. Additionally, officers discovered fake driver’s licenses in his possession, including one indicating he was 21. However, due to his respectful demeanor during the arrest, no further charges were filed regarding the fake IDs.

Deegan, son of motocross legend Brian Deegan, has been racing professionally since 2022. He earned the 2023 AMA 250SX Rookie of the Year title and currently leads the Monster Energy 250 West championship by 12 points over Julien Beaumer. Despite the recent incident, he is scheduled to compete in the 250SX West Division race in Seattle on March 29.

Following his release, Deegan shared his mugshot and booking record on Instagram, captioning it “Certified stunt driver” with a sob-face emoji, accompanied by the song “Bad Boys.”
