Nathan Hart of the Columbus Dispatch reported on June 18, 2024, at 2:46 PM GMT+1 that last week near Cleveland, a truck was observed driving in reverse on I-90, resembling the antics seen in Disney’s “Cars.”
On June 13, just before 1 p.m., Ohio Department of Transportation cameras captured footage of a red pickup truck reversing onto the highway and continuing in reverse along the freeway, causing traffic congestion behind it (or ahead of it, in this unusual scenario).
According to ODOT spokesperson Matt Bruning, there is no additional information available regarding the incident, including whether the driver was apprehended by police.
As of the publication time, the Cleveland Division of Police could not be reached for comment.
